MARKET | STOCK ROOM ASSOCIATE

At MARKET, we curate a finely edited selection of women’s clothing, fine jewelry, and home décor, complemented by two rotating incubator spaces. We believe in exceptional service, intentional merchandising, and a beautifully streamlined back-of-house operation that keeps everything running effortlessly.

We’re searching for a Stock Room Associate who embodies organization, initiative, and calm efficiency—the person who keeps the heartbeat of our boutique strong.

ABOUT YOU

You are detail-minded, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You appreciate order, find satisfaction in smooth processes, and play a central role in ensuring our sales floor feels thoughtful, full, and inspiring. You understand that accurate inventory and strong loss prevention practices are essential to a luxury retail experience.

THE ROLE

As MARKET’s Stock Room Associate, you are the steward of our back-of-house environment. You support inventory flow, safeguard merchandise integrity, and maintain a beautifully organized stockroom that empowers our stylists and enhances the client experience.

You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations to uphold operational excellence and support the business’s day-to-day rhythm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Receive, check in, and prepare all merchandise for sale

· Unbox, hang/fold, ticket, steam, and organize product with care

· Audit vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies

· Maintain strong knowledge of store layout and product locations

· Manage inventory movement: transfers, RTVs, damages, and special orders

· Keep the stockroom clean, efficient, and clearly labeled

· Perform regular cycle counts and support physical inventory

· Uphold loss prevention standards, including secure product handling and reporting irregularities

· Maintain back-of-house processes that reduce shrink and support accuracy

· Assist with opening and closing routines as needed

· Support stylists with real-time updates on special orders and new arrivals

· Step onto the sales floor during peak or high-volume moments

· Foster a strong partnership with the Director of Operations

WHAT YOU BRING

· 1+ year of stockroom or inventory experience

· A self-starter mentality with precise attention to detail

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Team-focused energy and a dependable work ethic

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

· Comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with Lightspeed R Series POS (a plus)

· Understanding of retail inventory and loss prevention practices

· Strong communication skills, reliability, and flexibility

SCHEDULE

· Primarily Monday–Friday

· Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required based on business needs

MARKET | FULL TIME SENIOR STYLIST

MARKET is a women’s concept boutique housing a finely curated selection of clothing, accessories, fine jewelry, and home décor in addition to 2 rotating incubator spaces. We are currently seeking a full-time senior stylist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

· Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals by utilizing provided sales tools and maximizing client relationships.

· Ability to build and foster new client relationships while maintaining existing clientele.

· Seek product knowledge to build your expertise and provide honest and confident feedback to customers.

· Maintain visual and store standards.

Qualified Candidates:

· 2+ years of luxury retail experience selling WRTW.

· An existing Dallas based client book of 1MIL +

· Basic retail math skills.

· Ability to read, work and report in Excel.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

· Outgoing and enthusiastic; with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Candidates must be flexible with scheduling. Weekend work is required.
